"We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to."

– Brené Brown

Hello and welcome,

I am a graduate student in counseling at Naropa University, pursuing a career rooted in my own healing journey. This path has given me a deep appreciation for the human psyche's remarkable capacity for healing and growth. At the same time, my personal experiences have shown me how challenging the process of change can be, and I deeply honor the courage it takes to seek professional support.

This is my second career, and I believe the knowledge and life experience I bring enrich my counseling approach. I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to support clients to discover their inner resources that support flourishing in all areas of life. Guided by my belief in the resilience and strength of the human spirit, I am committed to tailoring my support to each client’s unique needs and experiences.

I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including navigating interfaith and multicultural family dynamics, managing chronic pain and medical conditions, supporting hospice patients and their loved ones, and providing guidance as a birth consultant during pregnancy and delivery.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, and camping trips where I can unplug, connect with nature, and spend quiet evenings around the campfire.
