Celeste Powell

Hello! My name is Celeste Powell and I am a Counseling Student Intern at Tarleton State University at the Fort Worth campus, supervised by Shawna Munson, M.A., LPC-S, LMFT-S. I received my Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education from Texas Christian University. I am currently an elementary school teacher. I started teaching with the hopes of one day becoming a School Counselor. Now, I am looking to expand my horizons into the mental health side of counseling. I believe that everyone needs a mental health check up especially in today’s times. I am interested in working with individuals, families, children, and adolescents, but I am open to any and everyone. I currently practice from an Adlerian (Individual Psychology) approach.
