Hi! My name is Fomounyuy (Fo-moo-nuee) or Fomu (Fo-moo) for short and I am a Clinical Mental health Counseling student at Lamar University. I believe that talking is one of the most powerful tools for change—creating space for understanding, healing, and growth. I am passionate about helping individuals feel seen and supported as they navigate life’s challenges, and I approach counseling with curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story.
