Kayleigh Supak

Kayleigh C. Supak is a dedicated and compassionate counseling intern currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at East Texas Baptist University, under the supervision of Dr. Shawna Munson, LPC-S, LMFT-S. Kayleigh is a proud Texas A&M and University of South Carolina graduate. 


Kayleigh has extensive experience in fostering relationships and utilizing a strengths-based approach to meet the unique needs of her clients. She believes that each client has their own unique strengths and is expert in their own stories. Harnessing the power of positivity as well as evidence-based practices, Kayleigh's approach to counseling is grounded in empathy, cultural competence, and trauma-informed care. She believes in empowering individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential through compassionate and effective support.


With multiple wellness certificates, Kayleigh is committed to promoting holistic well-being and resilience. She is also passionate about integrating faith into her counseling practice and has experience in pre-marital and marriage counseling as well as counseling young adults and executive functioning coaching.


In her free time, Kayleigh enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, traveling with her husband and daughter, playing with her dogs, engaging in lifelong learning, and volunteering in her community. She looks forward to contributing to the Serenity House Counseling team and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
