Paige Ross

Angelo State University

Hi, I'm Paige! I'm currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Angelo State University. I am completing my counseling practicum under the supervision of the Serenity House Counseling team.

I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and practical support. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, parenting, women's mental health, and neurodiversity.

As I continue developing my counseling approach, I find myself especially drawn to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy because they help clients recognize their strengths while building practical tools for lasting change. I also hope to pursue EMDR training after licensure to further support individuals who have experienced trauma.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel safe being themselves and empowered to move toward meaningful growth.
